Dear Business Owner,

Parents of seniors at Brea-Olinda High School are raising money for a drug and alcohol free
celebration called “Grad Nite 2012”. June 14th 2012.

Alcohol related traffic accidents remain the number one killer of America’s teenagers and
graduation night has the highest death toll of the year. Our goal is to provide a safe graduation night for all seniors. This year will be the 21st Grad Nite event. We have had the full support of local police and school administrators. For one night, the school campus is transformed by sets and props into an entertainment center complete with inter-active games, food, and special events. Together for one last time, this is a unique and memorable celebration for the graduates that lasts all night and, most importantly, is drug and alcohol free. of course, an event of this magnitude (500 seniors) requires a major fundraising effort.

We are appealing to your generosity to help us make this Grad Nite a success. Your company may have a small or large item that you would consider donating. Any and all items such as
merchandise, gift certificates, services, and or cash donations would be greatly appreciated.
Donations in the form of a check should be made payable to BOHS Grad Night. Your donation
is tax deductible and acknowledged in the Grad Nite Sponsor Page on our website. A Tax ID# receipt will be mailed to you. And a thank you letter published in the Brea Progress.
