Dear Parent,

The 2012 Grad Nite committee is providing this mailer to inform you about Grad Niite, our fundraising efforts, and what you can do as the parent of a 2012 graduate to help make Grad Nite a safe, sober and spectacular celebration.

This year will be the 22^nd Grad Nite event held on the high school campus.  The campus is transformed by sets and props into an entertainment center.  There is something for everyone to enjoy.  The theme of this year’s Grad Nite celebration is “Lights Out to 2012...Here's to a Bright Future” and takes place on June 14, 2012 from 10:30 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.  The event is chaperoned by parents of seniors and juniors with the support of the Brea Police Department.  This is truly a unique and memorable celebration that we hope all graduates will attend.

Of course an event of this magnitude requires the efforts of many people, the biggest of which is fundraising.  Our fundraising efforts help to subsidize ticket sales and to make Grad Nite available to all students regardless of ability to pay.  There are many ways that you can help.  The first is to attend our monthly Grad Nite meetings, which are held in the school cafeteria and typically occur on the third Thursday of each month.  E-mail messages are sent in the event of a change in time or place.
